Study at Arapahoe Community College


Founded in 1965, Arapahoe Community College or ACC was the first community college to open in the Denver area. It enrolls around 20, 000 credit and non-credit students annually. ACC is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. ACC comprises two convenient campuses, the main Campus in Littleton and a Douglas County campus. The academic divisions of the college include Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Health, Math, Business and Professional Services, Science and Engineering and Police Academy. The institution has a Program Participation Agreement with the US Department of Education for eligible students to receive Pell Grants and other federal support.
