Study at Trinity College


Trinity College is located in Hartford, Connecticut, United States. It was established in 1823 as Washington College. The first president of the college was Rt. Rev. Thomas Brownell. In 1872, the college relocated to its present location. The campus is beautifully nestled in an area of approximately 100 acres in Hartford. In 1878, the first building of the campus was constructed. Trinity College is listed as one of the top 30 liberal arts colleges by US News and World Report. It is organized into various academic divisions and offers a wide variety degrees and certificate programs.

Trinity College competes in the New England Small College Athletic Conference. Their sports teams are known as the Bantams. They participate in a wide variety of sports including baseball, football, lacrosse, squash, cross county, basketball, swimming, track and fields, golf, softball, ice hockey, tennis, wrestling, soccer, and volleyball.
