Course TopicsThe college has four primary Course Topics: Business, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management and Education:
  • The School of Business offers a Bachelor's Degree with concentrations in several different areas.
  • Les Roches School of Hospitality Management awards the Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management. Les Roches graduates hold executive jobs in dozens of countries all over the world.
  • The School of Culinary Arts confers accredited Certificates, Associate Degrees and Bachelor of Arts Degrees, depending on the track chosen. There is also an accelerated Associate Degree in Culinary Arts for those eager to get started with their cooking careers.
  • The School of Early Childhood Education offers a Bachelor of Arts degree to its graduates.
  • Kendall College Admissions and Financial AidThe school weighs an applicant's high school record, standardized test scores (ACT or SAT), entrance interview, and application essay in its admission decision. Recommendation letters are also considered. Students who do not speak English as their primary language need to submit their scores from the TOEFL. As with all colleges, the ability to pay for tuition is fundamental to completing the program. Students with demonstrable need may be eligible to receive federal funding in the form of grants and loans. Additional financial resources may be available from state sources, private parties and Kendall College itself. Student EnrolmentEnrolment is around 800 students, based on a 2005 survey. At that time, women outnumbered men by a 3-2 margin.
