Upon Enrolment in the program, students are assigned Training Advisors dedicated to ensuring students get the most from their certification program. Training Advisors are all professionals with experience in adult education, career development, recruiting and/or social services. In addition to practical experience, they hold degrees in education, psychology, social work, or similar fields. Many have completed master's degrees or post-graduate studies.

Students also have continuous access to NBSA's user interface, which provides a broad range of powerful tools to help students track their personal learning plan and career growth. NBSA's technology will identify jobs that may be appropriate for them based on individual interests, skills, personal characteristics and work experience. The Job Skill Quick Tests allow students to evaluate their skill strengths and gaps against a specific job. This valuable software platform allows students to both plan their career development and link to job openings in their community.
