William Penn University


William Penn University, commonly referred to as WPU or Penn, was founded in 1873 by the Quakers. It was then known as the Penn College. In 1933, the institute was renamed William Penn College, and it finally became the William Penn University in 2000. The campus of this private liberal arts university is located in Oskaloosa, Iowa. WPU's recent Enrolments have been more than 1, 700 students from over 40 states and 10 countries every year.

William Penn University offers a number of associate's and bachelor's degree programs. The university has under it the College of Arts, Sciences and Professional Studies, and the College for Working Adults. The academic divisions of WPU include:
