Williams College

Williams College was established in 1793. This private college of liberal arts is situated in Williamstown, Massachusetts. It was originally formed as a men's college and changed into a co-educational institution in the year 1970. The institution was recently placed at the 1st position among the liberal arts colleges in America by the U. S. News and World Report. It offers majors in more than 30 fields of study. Over 500 bachelor's and more than 30 master's degrees are awarded by Williams College. Williams College is divided into the following divisions:

Williams College's athletics department fields more than 30 men's and women's sports teams. They compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III. The teams are nicknamed the Ephmen, and they participate in basketball, baseball, cross country, and softball.
