St. Clair County Community College, also known as SC4, is a two-year community college located in Port Huron, Michigan. It was originally founded as Port Huron Junior College and officially became the St. Clair County Community College in 1967. The college offers Associate's degrees and certificate programs in a diverse subject offering and also offers online classes and transfer programs to four-year universities or institutions.

SC4 fields several men's and women's sports teams which are nicknamed the Skippers. They are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association and they also compete in the Michigan Community College Athletic Association. The college hosts baseball, volleyball, golf, women's basketball, and men's basketball teams.
