Study at New Jersey City UniversityNew Jersey City University is a public university. It was established in 1929 as the New Jersey State Normal School. After going through a couple of name changes, the school officially became a university in the year 1998. The university enrolls over 6, 000 undergraduates and more than 2, 000 postgraduates every year. At NJCU, students can choose from a large number of degree and certificate programs.
