Study at College of Mount Saint Vincent

The College of Mount Saint Vincent, popularly referred to as Mount, was established in 1847. It was initially a women’s school called the Academy of Mount Saint Vincent. In 1911, it became a degree granting institute, and went coeducational in 1974. The Mount campus is located on 70 acres of land in Riverdale, New York. Mount s recent enrolments have been more than 1,000 students, including men and women from over 20 states and several countries worldwide every year.

The College of Mount Saint Vincent offers a large number of majors to students. Apart from associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees, several non-degree courses are also available. The academic divisions of the college include:

The sports teams of College of Mount Saint Vincent are nicknamed the Dolphins. They are members of the NCAA Division III, East Coast Athletic Conference, and Skyline Conference, and participate in cross country, soccer, tennis, volleyball, basketball, swimming, baseball, lacrosse, and softball.
