Study at Hartwick College

Hartwick College is a private, four-year, non-denominational college located in Oneonta, New York, United States. It was established in 1797 as the Hartwick Seminary. In 1928, the college was moved to the present location and was incorporated under the name of Hartwick College. Both of the 425-acre academic campus and the 920-acre environmental campus of Hartwick College stand on land donated by the state of Oneonta. The college offers a large number of courses, which are primarily focused on science and liberal arts.

The athletics teams of Hartwick College are known as the Hawks. The official mascot of the college is a blue hawk. The students of Hartwick College participate in intercollegiate basketball, equestrian, lacrosse, tennis, football, field hockey, swimming & diving, volleyball and water polo.
