The State University of New York at Fredonia is a four-year liberal arts college located in Fredonia, New York. It is a part of the State University of New York system. The college offers more than 80 major and 40 minor programs to its students. The campus is spread across an area of over 200 acres.

SUNY at Fredonia’s athletic department fields more than 15 sports teams, which participate in sports like baseball, basketball, hockey and soccer. They are nicknamed the Blue Devils. Some of the notable alumni of SUNY at Fredonia are actor Peter Michael Goetz, American tenor saxophonist James Houlik and educator and author Neil Postman.
