Study at Union College

Union College, established in 1795, is a private college of liberal arts and is located in Schenectady, New York. The campus of the college is spread across an area of 100 acres. The college offers more than 900 courses in the humanities, engineering, sciences, and the social sciences. There are over 15 academic departments. Union College also indulges itself in a number of special programs like Undergraduate Research program and the Ethics Across the Curriculum. Union College’s athletics department sponsors several sports teams. The sports teams are nicknamed as the Dutchmen and Dutchwomen. They compete in the Liberty League for sports including baseball, basketball, cross country, football, and ice hockey.
