Utica College (UC) was founded in Utica, NY in 1946 when Syracuse University, which had been operating extension courses in the Utica area for several years, decided to establish a permanent institution there. Now a financially and legally independent institution, UC continues to offer the Syracuse University degree to undergraduates through a unique academic agreement with the University. However, Utica offers its own graduate (masters and doctoral) degrees. of particular interest are UC s online degree programs in Economic Crime Prevention. These programs allow students to complete their degrees online in fields of study that address the needs of contemporary practitioners of white collar crime and fraud prevention.
Points of Distinction
Utica College currently offers an Online Master of Science in Economic Crime Management, an executive-level program for experienced fraud management professionals; an Online MBA in Fraud Management, combining a traditional business curriculum with courses in fraud prevention and investigation; and an Online MBA in Professional Accountancy.
