College of the Albemarle, also known as COA, was established in 1960. It is a community college located in Albemarle, North Carolina. The main campus of COA is located in Elizabeth City and is spread across an area of more than 75 acres. The college has two satellite campuses located in Manteo and Edenton. The institution offers majors in several fields of study including agricultural and natural resources, biological and chemical technologies, commercial and artistic production technologies, and industrial technologies among others.
