Central Oregon Community College, also referred to as COCC, is a community college established in 1962. The main campus covers 201 acres in Bend, Oregon but classes are also offered on the 25 acre Redmond campus. COCC annually enrolls more than 7, 000 credit students and over 9, 000 non-credit students.

Central Oregon Community College offers a wide variety of academic programs. Students can choose from courses in accounting, addiction studies, art, aviation science, business administration, humanities, law, literature, science, music, nursing, education, engineering, and foreign languages, among others. Apart from the associate's degrees, the college also offers transfer certificates and continuing education classes.

COCC's athletics department fields sports teams in baseball, basketball, volleyball, running, soccer, golf, cycling, and table tennis. The teams are known as the Bobcats. Apart from this, there are also numerous student clubs and organizations in the college including the Campus Crusade for Christ, the Criminal Justice Club, the Forestry Club, the Oregon State Public Interest Research Group (OSPIRG), and the Latino Club.
