Study at Dallas Theological Seminary


Dallas Theological Seminary, popularly referred to as DTS, was originally founded in 1924 as the Evangelical Theological College. The main campus of this evangelical theological seminary is situated in Dallas, Texas. DTS also operates extension campuses in Austin, Atlanta, Tampa Bay, San Antonio, and Houston. Dallas Theological Seminary's recent Enrolments have been more than 2, 000 students every year. Students at Dallas Theological Seminary are offered academic programs in the fields of biblical Counselling and exposition, Christian education, ministry, philosophy, old testament and new testament studies, pastoral ministries, spiritual formation and leadership, theological studies, and world missions and intercultural studies. The courses offered lead to a master's or a doctorate degree. Dallas Theological Seminary sponsors a large number of student clubs and organizations including the Spiritual Life Board, Black Student Fellowship, International Student Fellowship Council, Seminary Wives in Ministry, Student Missions Fellowship, Women's Student Fellowship, EIKON Artist Fellowship, Archaeology Research Group, and the Student Council. The students also publish a newspaper on campus called the “Jot and Tittle”.
