A typical course has 20 students with the class split into two discussion groups of 10 each. All coursework can be completed entirely online with the following exceptions: For both the Masters-Organizational Leadership and Masters-Communication and Leadership Studies programs, students are required to come to campus for one three-day weekend as part of one of the program's course requirements.
