Study at Northwest University


Northwest University is a private, Christian, co-educational institution. It is situated in Kirkland, Washington in the United States. Northwest University was established by the Northwest Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God on 1st October, 1934. The 56-acre campus overlooks Lake Washington and the city of Seattle. Northwest University athletic teams are nicknamed as Eagles. Northwest University is a member of the Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). The University is also a part of the NAIA's Champions of Character program. The athletic teams participate in sports including basketball, soccer, cross country, and track and field. Northwest University Selectivity

The admissions department at Northwest University does not accept all those who apply. Most students' verbal SAT scores were in the range of 440 to 560 in 2007. A quarter of students admitted in 2007 scored 560 or higher on the math SAT.
